The self-help world is full of many techniques and processes that promise to move you ahead in life, get you out of difficulty, or both.
Positive thinking, visualization, affirmations, subliminal
and self-hypnosis audios – there seems to be no end to the different types of techniques
and processes – some passive, some more active – that promise to help you get
to where you want to go in your life.
Heck, you could sweat lodge (to death – literally, which
happened in Arizona thanks to James Arthur Ray), rain dance, or even drum or
chant your way to who-knows-what ideal end result.
The “problem” is that each of these of these things DO work.
Meaning, that they do SOMETHING - they will have some noticeable results.
Many people, though, are finding that these interesting
techniques are, well, sometimes just that – interesting techniques that don’t
seem to be as universally applicable in scope or depth in regard to the
vastness and richness of our lives and needs as humans.
After all, even the most staunch positive thinking or
affirmations advocate will admit that sometimes
they just don’t work, even “most” of the time. And without really
understanding why, or even wanting to admit this lack of understanding.
After a dedicated commitment to find out what caused a very
intense breakdown that left me without relief for seven whole years, I think
I’m pretty sure why.
And not only that, I found out what to do about it.
First of all, know that there are only two things that make
up your entire human experience - thoughts, and feelings. That’s it. Ain’t
nothing else going to be part of your day to day experience.
Of those two things, the one that has the most potency – the
one that causes ALL of the problems – is feelings, or emotions.
Why? Because emotions, or feelings, have a literal electric
charge and energetic pressure in your body, that you can actually feel (hence the term
“feelings”). A difficult emotion that won’t go away is like having a stun gun
held to your body without letting go.
This emotional “energy” accumulates the older you get, with
the amount of energy stored in your system at any moment, equal to the number
of negative experiences from the past where all of the difficult emotions you
experienced, weren’t completely discharged at the time.
Where does this energy accumulate?
This is where it gets interesting.
It accumulates in your subconscious.
Do you know the part of you that the subconscious uses to
store this in?
YOUR BODY.
It stands to reason, therefore, that getting this negative
emotional energy out of your body would be the ideal way to solve a lot of
issues for you.
But, short of some kind of magical emotional surgery, how do
you get this collected emotional energy from the past out? It is still
affecting you every time you think of the subject itself, and sometimes it can
still have such intensity that you can’t HELP but think about it, maybe even
continuously.
Well, that’s what this article is going to teach you.
It will teach you about three methods that are called, in
fact, “energy therapies,” that do a wonderful job of getting this emotional
energy out of your “subconscious body container” without you having to go
through a lot of emotional turmoil just to get it out.
These three methods are what you can’t afford NOT to know if
you want to remove (and stay free of) emotional turmoil, free yourself from
stuckness, and remove the inner blocks to more peace and success.
